This is a basic description of my work and references as an architect in Costa Rica.
COVER LETTER AND RESUME
It is with great enthusiasm that I write to you and offer my services as an Intern architect or Architectural AutoCad/Revit drafter. I moved to Phoenix two years ago from Costa Rica. There I worked for five and a half years as an architect at Del Vecchio Architects in San Jose for residential designs. I graduated from InterAmerican University of Costa Rica in 2008 with a licentiate degree in Architecture and Urban design. I am very excited to start to work in the United States, and I am open to learn more about this country's construction systems and new designs. I have passion for architecture, art, and graphic design, and I want to contribute to your team with my creativity and energy.
In addition, I am highly skilled with the latest versions of AutoCad and Revit Architecture. I am committed to always offering clients the very best through the detail and work that I put into each project. I am a Native Spanish speaker; I have been working for 5 years to perfect my English language skills. I am confident that I would make an outstanding addition to your firm.

At Del Vecchio Architects I learned most of what I know. It was an enriching experience. I worked for four and a half years via internet. I was in constant communication with my boss, via regular Skype meetings. I had the opportunity to work in design, modeling, and drawing. I conducted meeting with clients, engineers, and was in contact with construction foremen.

As an independent architect I worked on the design, constructions plans, permissions, and interior design.

THESIS PROJECT
This building initially was a design project for my thesis. Two years later my colleague and I were contacted by the government and asked to formally continue the design of the building.
